Another 1-0 night with the Mercury TT Over 79.5 hitting, bringing yer boi to 3-0 against the spread up 2.73 units on the WNBA season.
Last game, the Sky played extremely well demolishing the Lynx 105-89. From a statistical perspective, this was a historic performance for the Sky that had me and the rest of the strong contingent of fans holding Sky 12 to 1 future bets to win the title feeling a little more optimistic than we did a week ago.
The game had to feel amazing for James Wade beating his former boss and for Lexie Brown beating the team that waived her. In the words of Lil Wayne when the Sky play like that, the Sky is truly the limit
PLAY THE MUSIC
Tonight I am keyed in on the Sky. They’re finally playing with a full strength roster and playing at a high level. Tonight, I’m keyed in on Sky team total over 79.5 points. The Sky have gone over 80 points in each of their last three games that have resulted in victories. The Sun have been one of the best defensive teams in the league but will be without star player Jonquel Jones who is fulfilling international commitments along with head coach Curt Miller who left the team for a personal matter. While playing without Jones is nothing new for the Sun over the past few seasons, they got absolutely rocked by the Storm on 7/13. If the Sky played the way they played earlier this week they can beat anyone.
Lock it in.
