I’m not thrilled with how game 1 went with Sun/Lynx 1H Over 78.5 not hitting. I was shocked the Sun blew a double digit lead losing outright. Both teams looked incredibly sloppy throughout the game. It was the type of performance you hope would not be someone’s first exposure to the WNBA. Missed layups, missed free throws, turnovers…it was an absolute eye sore to watch.
I type this as Chicago made a big comeback to end the 2nd quarter heading into the half. I’m hoping their post can buckle down and limit McCoughtry and Wilson who have dominated the first half. If you thought set backs would stop me, you’re wrong. We’re going to keep playing going into Game 3.
This is a depth chart special with the Dream having Kalani Brown, Glory Johnson and Courtney Williams all out. The Wings had a big off-season and this is a team chemistry special. Check this out:
The Wings now have three sets of teammates that played together in college winning national titles. Winning culture like you read about. And this program needs winning culture.
It’s why I’m keyed in on the Dallas Wings today. Anyone who’s watched the early games has heard a lot about Chennedy Carter. I’m a big “prove it” guy and don’t believe the hype. Arike Ogunbuwale will be an absolute handful for her first game in the WNBA and I believe Arike will pop off and take full advantage of her inexperience.
This is a Rico Bosco special. I bought a half point.
Dallas Wings -5.5 (-120) lock it in.
