Kim Arico-Barnes Gets Career Win #400 as #16 Michigan beats Northwestern 80-59


In a 80-59 win over Northwestern, Kim-Arico Barnes recorded her 400th win of her career. With the win, Kim became the seventh active head coach in the Big Ten with 400 wins. She is also currently leading the University of Michigan in all time career wins with 130 wins.

The Wolverines were led by Katelynn Flaherty and Hallie Thome who scored 27 and 25 points respectively. Flaherty scored 20 of her 27 in the second half as the Wolverines cruised to their sixth straight victory.

Abi Scheid had 18 points leading the way for Northwestern as they fell for their fourth straight loss.

The Wolverines hope to continue their winning ways on Thursday when they host Purdue at 8 PM in Crisler Arena.
